Use of Halvaren is by invite. You must be 18 or over. The host attests that when the invite is issued. Do not share the code.

The people you can talk with are fictional adults. They are software. If you ask whether one of them is a real person, the app says they are not. Do not treat a reply as advice, a relationship, or a statement from a human.

You can set an intensity, a list of limits, and a safe word. Stop, or the safe word, ends the scene. Some subjects are refused outright: anyone under 18, school or teen framing, non-consent, someone who cannot consent, real people, bestiality, incest including step-relations, extreme gore, and scat. Mentions of self-harm pause the scene and point you to the Get help page.

Repeated attempts to steer a conversation toward anyone under 18 pause the account. You can still delete your data from Settings.

You can report any message. The host aims to look at reports within 7 business days. This draft does not replace a lawyer's review of the eSafety codes, a privacy policy, or terms before anyone outside the host's personal circle is invited.
