Complaints

If something in a conversation crossed a line, use Report on that message. Include what happened in ordinary language. The host reads reports from the admin desk.

For anything else — access to your data, a deletion that did not complete, or a complaint about the service — write to the email address that issued your invite. The aim is a reply within 7 business days.

If you are in distress now, the Get help page lists free crisis lines by country. If you might act on thoughts of harm, contact your local emergency services.

This page is a contact path for a private test. It is not a statement of statutory reporting duties. Those need a lawyer's check before the circle of testers grows past people the host personally knows are adults.
